Fuel prices are on the move, and now’s a great time to make sure your fuel levies are still accurate. We’ve put together a short explainer video covering how levies work and how to update them in your Transvirtual account.
Reminder: Fuel levies are applied based on the consignment date, not the created date.

Support and Feature Request Updates
Great news! We’re improving how we manage feature requests.
Currently, users go through our Support Channel to log feature requests. To simplify the process, we’re designing a Feature Request Template that you can use via our Knowledge Base.
Once you click submit, requests automatically sync into our development pipeline, removing the need for follow-ups. You’ll also get more visibility into your request’s priority.
To top it off, twice a year, our Customer Success team will walk you through the product roadmap so you know what’s coming. Watch this space for updates!
What’s going to happen to Feedbear?
We’re retiring Feedbear, but your requests aren’t going anywhere!
Everything is being migrated to our development backlog with assigned priorities, and we’ll share a full list so you can see where things stand. Note that priorities may shift and inclusion isn’t a delivery guarantee.

We’ve updated our Support Policy and we want to make sure you’re across what’s changed.

Easter Working Hours
With Easter just around the corner, our support team will be operating with reduced manpower across the long weekend.
Support will close on Thursday 2 April at 5pm and reopen on Tuesday 7 April at 8am.
If you have anything urgent, we recommend reaching out before the break to make sure you’re covered.
