It’s June and we’re halfway through the year! Keep the ball rolling with these updates:

• Catch our latest platform updates and fixes.

Latest Platform Improvements

• Users can now preview planned routes directly from the planning dashboard.
• Invoice payment status now syncs every night for users who linked their QuickBooks accounting package to Transvirtual (this already applies to Xero and MYOB).
• Fixed the issue of scan manifest exports not triggering correctly.
• Users can now attach up to 10 proof of deliveries when sending an invoice email.

Mobile app fixes for users who migrated to the new app

• The system will signal an error (double beeps) when scanning an unrecognised barcode.
• Users can now report pickup issues when completing pickups across multiple locations.
• A settings page is now accessible from the login screen. Press and hold the Transvirtual logo to open it.
• Added a new button to let users toggle the mobile device’s flashlight for scanning. The total scan list will reset when a new linehaul route is selected from the Scan page.

We had a blast at the Brisbane Truck Show!

This year’s Brisbane Truck Show was a truly remarkable experience. Our team had the chance to meet with fleet operators, drivers, and industry innovators showcasing our newest features. 

A huge highlight was meeting people who were discovering Transvirtual for the first time. It was great to introduce them to how our platform can simplify their logistics operations.
