Head to the Carrier Directory
Go to the Configuration tab, scroll to General Information, and select Carrier Directory to begin setting up your profile.
STEP 2
Set Your Visibility
Control how you appear
Decide whether you want to appear in the directory. You can leave account linking turned off for now if you’re not ready to connect.
STEP 3
Define Your Services
Tell customers what you offer
Click + to select your service areas (use “All regions” then remove any that don’t apply).
Add the freight categories and subcategories you handle.
Set your service levels, including min/max weight and cubic capacity.
STEP 4
Complete Your Profile
Make your listing stand out
Upload your logo, and add your website URL, terms & conditions, and contact phone/email so customers know how to reach you.
