We’re rolling out our new Freight Management System (FMS) platform and inviting you to join the Transvirtual Carrier Directory—a feature that connects transport businesses, like yours, with shippers seeking reliable freight services.

Step 1: Access the Directory

Go to the Configuration tab, scroll to the General Information section, and select Carrier Directory.

Step 2: Set Your Visibility

Choose whether you want to appear in the directory. You can leave account linking turned off for now.

Step 3: Add Service Areas

Click the + button to select the states and regions you service. Tip: toggle “All regions” on, then remove the areas that don’t apply.

Step 4: Select Freight Types

Click the + button to choose the freight categories and subcategories you handle.

Step 5: Set Service Levels

Choose the service levels you offer. You can also set minimum and maximum weight and cubic capacity.

Step 6: Complete Your Profile

Upload your logo and add your website URL, terms & conditions link, and contact email.
